Is this true..?? I hope it isn't. When someone broke your heart somebody will help you to this situation. You know that he/she is not the only one that you can love, you can find it in a right time and unknown place.
The phrase refers to the physical pain one may feel in the chest as a result of the loss, although it also by extension includes the emotional trauma of loss even where it is not experienced as somatic pain.
